      • Name on the ticket: All entrance tickets must be purchased in the name of the visitor. It is mandatory to ensure that the name entered during the booking process matches the visitor's identification. Regardless of the purchaser, the ticket must be in the visitor's name to be valid for entry.
      • Invalid Tickets: If the name on the ticket does not match the identity of the visitor, the ticket will be considered invalid and cannot be used for entry.
      • Liability: We do not accept any responsibility for any mistakes made during the booking process. If the visitor's name is entered incorrectly, the ticket will be invalid and no refunds or corrections can be made.
      • Security: Visitors must pass through airport-style security. The wait at the security checkpoint can last more than 30 minutes, depending on Vatican security.

      • The Vatican Museums are located at Viale Vaticano, 00165 Rome, RM. To arrive by metro, take Line A towards Battistini and get off at either Ottaviano or Cipro stations. By bus, you can take the 49, stopping directly in front of the Vatican Museums, or buses 32, 81, or 982, stopping at Piazza del Risorgimento. Buses 492 and 990 stop at Via Leone IV / Via degli Scipioni. Please arrive at the entrance gate 10 minutes before your scheduled entry time, with your ticket and identification or credit card ready—either on your phone or in paper form—to show to security. If you need further assistance, you may visit our office at Vicolo del Farinone 25, 00193 Rome, up to 30 minutes before your scheduled entry time. Please note that we won’t be able to assist later than this.
      • To reach Vicolo del Farinone 23, 00193 Rome: From Termini Station: Take Metro Line A to Ottaviano, then walk 10 minutes west to Vicolo del Farinone. From Piazza del Popolo: Take Metro Line A to Ottaviano, then walk 10 minutes. From Castel Sant'Angelo: Walk 10 minutes east to Vicolo del Farinone.
